Welcome to the website of Clean Touch Services, and its subsidiaries, affiliated brands, and affiliated companies ("Clean Touch Services," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Clean Touch Services created the website at https://cleantouchservicesorlando.com/, as it may be modified, relocated, and/or redirected from time to time (the "Site"), and associated mobile applications (the "App") (the Site and App together are the "Platform") to provide information about Clean Touch Services, to facilitate the provision of residential professional services including residential cleaning (the "Professional Services") by independent cleaners ("Cleaners"), and to provide Clean Touch Services' matching and related services for the Professional Services (collectively, the "Services").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand how we treat your information. By using any of our Services, or otherwise taking an affirmative action of agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use any of the Services. If you have any queries, please email us at privacy@cleantouchservices.com.

Applicability to Cleaners: Please note that this Privacy Policy applies to Cleaners only to the extent that they are residents of California. Otherwise, if you are a Cleaner who resides in another state, this Privacy Policy does not apply.

Assistance for the Disabled: Alternative formats of this Privacy Policy are available to individuals with a disability. Please contact privacy@cleantouchservices.com for assistance.

Other websites: The Platform may contain links to websites and services not operated or controlled by Clean Touch Services (“Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to Third Party Sites. The links from the Platform do not imply that Clean Touch Services endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Sites. We suggest contacting those websites and services directly for information on their privacy policies.

1. WHOSE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The use of “you” and “your(s)” throughout this Privacy Policy will, depending on the context, refer to a Clean Touch Services Website Visitor, Consumer, or Cleaner.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Information You Give Us: You may give us information by signing up for an online account, entering information through our online forms or surveys, inputting information while using our Services, contacting us by phone or email for information or customer services.

  • 6. HOW WE RESPOND TO ‘DO NOT TRACK’ & OTHER SIGNALS
Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature (“DNT”) that signals to the websites you visit that you do not want your online activity tracked. Many websites and applications, including our Platform, do not currently respond to web browser DNT signals, as we are awaiting consensus from the Internet policy and legal community on the meaning of DNT and the best way to respond to these signals.

  • California and certain other U.S. state residents may opt out of tracking technologies by broadcasting an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) (on the browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal). To download and use a browser supporting the GPC browser signal, click here: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use. Your request to opt-out of sale/sharing will be linked to your browser identifier only and not linked to any account information because the connection between your browser and the account is not known to us.

  • 7. COOKIES
To make our Platform work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, shopping cart, or other preferences) over a period of time, so you do not have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

  • Google Analytics: We may use Google Analytics to gather data on how visitors use the Platform. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to improve the Platform and do not combine this data with personally identifiable information. You can learn more about Google Analytics in Google’s Privacy Policy, and you may also choose to opt out by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

  • Cookie Settings: You may wish to restrict the use of cookies. Please be aware that some features of our Platform may not function properly if you disable cookies. Most modern browsers allow you to change your cookie settings. You can usually find these settings in the options or preferences menu of your browser. To understand these settings, the following links for commonly used browsers may be helpful:

  • Cookie settings in Chrome

  • Cookie settings in Firefox

  • Cookie settings in Microsoft Edge

  • Cookie settings in Safari (web and iOS)

  • Personalized Advertising: We may use targeted advertising cookies, such as Google Ads, to deliver tailored advertising on our Sites and other websites you may visit. You can control advertising cookies through the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out link, the DAA’s Consumer Opt-Out link for browsers, or the DAA’s opt-out link for mobile devices. Opting out will not stop advertising from appearing, but may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests.
